Hotel Panorama Sparkling
challenge
The brief was to design a premium sparkling wine label that could live comfortably within the existing Hurley wine range while quietly introducing the visual tone of Hotel Panorama ahead of its opening.
The project extended beyond packaging, requiring a physical installation that could bring the label to life within the venue and work seamlessly within real-world operational constraints.
SOLUTION
I explored multiple label colourways and formats across different sizes, working through the design logic behind each option before refining the final direction.
Alongside this, I designed a wine installation archway that drew directly from the label’s form, colour and materiality, overseeing both the creative development and the practical logistics required to deliver it on site.

The chosen design balances a premium finish with subtle brand cues for Hotel Panorama, using bronze foil detailing to elevate the label while remaining cohesive within other premium sparkling wines.
solution - WINE LABEL design
Building on the label design, I translated the visual language into a large-scale wine installation archway within the venue.
This involved designing the structure itself as well as managing the logistics of production, delivery and installation, ensuring the final outcome felt intentional, immersive and seamlessly integrated into the space.
Hotel Panorama Sparkling is currently available for purchase at Hurley Cellars in Panorama, ahead of the Hotel Panorama opening in mid 2026.
